About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, content, and business teams to develop engaging visual assets that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
The successful candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual experiences while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Visual Communication
- Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print media.
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentations, and advertisements.
- Develop engaging social media creatives, display ads, email graphics, and promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing website graphics, landing page assets, and UI elements.
- Design illustrations, infographics, and visual storytelling assets.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing and communication channels.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Develop creative concepts that align with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen brand recognition and customer engagement.
Collaboration
- Work closely with content writers, marketers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
- Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Production & Execution
- Prepare final design files for digital publishing and print production.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms and screen sizes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Explore new creative approaches and design tools.
- Continuously improve design processes and workflows.
Key Responsibilities by Platform
Social Media Design
- Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Design promotional campaigns, reels covers, stories, and carousel posts.
- Develop visually engaging content to increase audience engagement.
Marketing & Advertising
- Design paid advertising creatives for Google Ads and social media campaigns.
- Create banners, brochures, newsletters, and event marketing materials.
- Develop visual assets for lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
Web & Digital Design
- Design website banners and landing page graphics.
- Create UI mockups and visual assets for web applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation accuracy.
Print Design
- Design business cards, brochures, catalogs, packaging, and event materials.
- Ensure print-ready files meet production standards and specifications.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with marketing or branding teams.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design concepts.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or digital marketing industries.
